The creation of this blog is really as simple as a genuine love for some good biscuits and gravy. For such a simple combination, B&G has many aspects that can create a make-or-break recipe. That’s why I wanted to create a guide for those who care for the finer things in life: buttery biscuits and a heap of country sausage gravy. This blog does not only rate some of the fanciest biscuits and gravy ya girl can afford, but we also get down and dirty with anywhere from a 2 am review at Waffle House to your gas station road trip stop.

Being a Nashville based blogger, the restaurants featured in most of these posts are either from chains or local Nashville restaurants, with a few out of state features when the opportunity arises.
